Patrick J. Kelley
Patrick J. Kelley is President of Falco, Smith & Kelley, Ltd., Realtors and Vice President of Donald W. Kelley Associates, Inc., a Real Estate Appraisal, Consulting and Development firm. He has been involved in the design and development of over 3,500 single family lots and the planning, construction and management of over 3,500 apartment homes in Central Ohio. A partner in Polaris Centers of Commerce, he is active in recent developments including Mount Carmel School of Nursing dorms.
Patrick is a two time graduate of The Ohio State University, holding a Bachelor in Business with a major in real estate and a Master of Arts degree in business administration. He is a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors and Columbus Commercial Industrial and Investment Realtors.
Mr. Kelley's civic and community involvement has been extensive, including service as President of the Board of Trustees of Nazareth Towers and President of the Board of Trustees of PARC – Parsons Avenue Redevelopment Corporation. He has also served as President of the Board of Trustees of the Salesian Boys & Girls Club and Chairman of the Board of the Greater Columbus Irish Cultural Foundation and as a member of the Board of Trustees of Reeb Center and Polaris Owners Association.
