Robert Dunn, Esq.
Robert “Bob” Dunn is managing partner of Bailey Cavalieri, specializing in estate and trust planning. He has extensive experience in probate and tax litigation, having handled several cases at the appellate level and before the Ohio Supreme Court.
Bob has given numerous presentations to the Columbus Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association, The Columbus Foundation, Catholic Foundation, Central Ohio Planned Giving Council and the Columbus Jewish Foundation on topics such as gifting of retirement assets to charity, estate tax apportionment, Ohio estate tax issues, and qualified personal residence trusts. Bob has authored articles for the Columbus Daily Reporter, Business First and Probate Law Journal of Ohio.
He earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky and his law degree from Vanderbilt University.
Bob is a member of the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Columbus Bar Association, Columbus Estate Planning Council, The Columbus Foundation Legal Advisory Committee, the Catholic Foundation Professional Advisors Group and past President of the Lawyers Club of Columbus.
Bob was elected to the Foundation Board in 2009 and currently serves on the Finance Committee. He is serving his third term which runs through December 2018.
