Through individual donations and bi-weekly payroll deductions, hundreds of Mount Carmel associates lend additional support to the programs and services that advance Mount Carmel’s mission.

In 2008 alone, associate donations allowed the Foundation to fund:

• The Sister Rose Thomas Fund, which helped more than 300 Mount Carmel associates receive financial assistance in a time of need
• Jay Rifenbary’s “No Excuse” presentations, which 1,629 associates and friends attended
• Live Your Whole Life events, during which more than 2,500 associates received free health screenings
• Financial aid for 85% of the Mount Carmel College of Nursing’s student body
• Free healthcare services for almost 10,000 underserved individuals in central Ohio through Mount Carmel’s Community Outreach Mobile Coach and Help Me Grow programs
• Mammograms for underserved and underinsured women
• And much more.

Forms may be sent through inter-office mail to Foundation CSC, faxed to 614.546.4501 or mailed to Mount Carmel Foundation, 6150 E. Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43213 (please do not send checks through inter-office mail.) You’re welcome to earmark your gift for the program, service, project, Mount Carmel campus or unit of your choice.
